Return & Refund Policy

General Returns

Return is Quick and Easy — if it’s our fault or the courier partner’s fault.

A video recording of the unboxing is required to be eligible for any return.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged when delivered, or

  • You received the wrong item.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a return.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return request.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days and for wallet payments — instantly.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or if the wrong product was delivered.

Please contact us to request an exchange.


Refused Delivery

If a shipment is refused without a valid reason (such as damage or incorrect item), and delivery attempts have been made, a ₹100 fee will be charged per refused parcel.


Wholesale Orders

For wholesale or bulk orders, please note the following terms:

  • Wholesale pricing is offered at special discounted rates, and hence, once an order is placed, cancellations are not encouraged.

  • If a customer cancels a wholesale order after payment has been processed, a 2% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers payment gateway or bank processing fees (e.g., Razorpay or other providers).

  • Returns for wholesale orders are only accepted if:

    • The items received are damaged, or

    • The wrong products were delivered.

  • A video of the unboxing is mandatory to claim any return.
